Mr. Somers’ career includes:

• Partner of Knightsford Capital Corporation
• Since 1976, Mr. Somers has provided services in the capacity of CFO/COO/CRO in the turnaround of numerous companies in North America and Europe including several TSE and NASDAQ listed companies
• A frequent speaker at corporate finance and restructuring conferences, as well as a writer/lecturer to Schedule One Banks on protocols relating to loan and investment initiation issues, he has also written six professional development courses for the CICA on pragmatic business issues
